Govcon Store sells digital products only. We do not ship physical items.
HOW YOU'LL RECEIVE YOUR PURCHASE
E-books and Digital Downloads:
- Delivered instantly via email after your payment is confirmed
- You'll receive a download link or access instructions at the email address provided during checkout
- Check your spam/junk folder if you don't see the email within 30 minutes
Consultations:
- After purchase, you'll receive booking instructions via email
- You'll schedule your session through our calendar system
- Consultations are conducted via video conferencing (Zoom, Google Meet, or similar platform)
- Meeting link will be sent 24 hours before your scheduled session
DELIVERY ISSUES
If you don't receive your digital product or booking instructions within 30 minutes of purchase:
- Check your spam/junk folder
- Verify the email address you used at checkout is correct
- Contact me at connect@saintpeguero.com with your order number
I'll resolve access issues within 24 hours.
NO SHIPPING CHARGES
Since all products are delivered digitally, there are no shipping fees.
INTERNATIONAL ACCESS
Our digital products and consultations are available worldwide. As long as you have internet access and can receive emails, you can access everything you purchase.
