All sales are final. Due to the nature of what we offer, we do not provide refunds on:

Strategy consultations – These are highly tailored, one-on-one sessions where I provide personalized government contracting advice based on your specific situation, capabilities, and goals. Once we meet, the value has been delivered and cannot be "returned."

E-books and digital downloads – These are delivered electronically and immediately accessible after purchase. Once you have access to the material, the product cannot be returned.
This policy exists because of the immediate access and customized nature of the products. I put significant time, expertise, and strategic thinking into every consultation and resource I create.
